Prepare for a terrifying experience!

Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 is a horror game that welcomes you to the opening of Freddy Fazbear’s pizza joint. Tasked as the new night security guard of the place, you need to monitor security cameras and ensure nothing goes awry. The only problem is that you’re not alone at Freddy’s, and animatronics wander around the restaurant, leaving you scared, helpless, and alone. FNaF 2 is paid and is also available for download on Android and iOS devices.

What is Five Nights at Freddy’s 2?

If you enjoyed playing the original Five Nights at Freddy’s, you’ll like playing this game too. Created by Scott Cawthon, both games ruin memories of childhood restaurants and have scary animatronics running around. That said, the sequel has gotten better at eviscerating its security guards by removing doors, increasing floor space, adding more cameras, and making players constantly wind a music box.

How do you beat five nights at Freddy's 2?

In Freddy’s 2, you’re safe only if you’re the day-shift security guard, an option not available to players. At night, you’re at the mercy of the animatronics that are out to get you. Their comings and goings get captured on multiple cameras so you can keep track of them from your office. However, unlike the original game, checking the cameras no longer drains out power, but the game has added additional rooms for you to monitor.

But, what does drain out power at an alarming rate is the flashlight that you need when patrolling the hallways. Without it, you’re defenseless, since you won’t even see the animatronics coming at you. If you do have power in your flashlight, turning it on and off, repeatedly, will trigger a reboot that slows down the animatronics.

The reason you need to leave your office to patrol the restaurant is to get to the music box that you’re supposed to wind constantly. If you let it play through to the end of the jingle, a terrible creature will wake up and come by for a visit. So, you’re tasked with watching the security cameras, escaping death at the hands of terrifying animatronics, and running back and forth, trying to wind the music box.

What’s worse is that unlike the original, there are no doors for you to hide behind. The open-layout also includes your office space, so you’re always exposed to both old and new animatronics that are out to get you. While you’re defenseless most of the time, the game has provided players with a fake Freddy Fazbear head that works as a disguise and saves you from getting attacked. You can also use the music box to distract them.

Freddy’s vs Freddy’s 2

Freddy’s 2 works well as a sequel to Freddy’s - the original horror management game. It takes all the great gimmicks of the original game and tweaks it to create an entertaining show that’s equally and sometimes even more terrifying. The game creates an ambiance so tense that you end up jumping and screaming, even when you know what’s coming. It’s also almost impossible to beat.

The sequel not only builds on the feeling of helplessness but adds to it the pressure of multitasking that is absolutely needed to stay alive. Even when you’re under the threat of getting attacked by numerous animatronics from all ends, you need to watch the cameras, wind the music box, keep your flashlight running, and run around with a fake head for protection.

Suitable for grown-ups

The game, like its predecessor, doesn’t have any blood or violence. But it works on creating tensed scenarios that give you goosebumps and have you jumping out of your seats. It also leaves players defenseless and with a feeling of being trapped. Owing to this, the game may not be ideal for young kids. Adults, however, can have a great time playing security guard for five nights at Freddy’s!

How much does FNaF 2 cost?

FNaF2, or Five Nights at Freddy’s 2, is a game that uses the latest technology and is tied to the local criminal database to provide a fun and entertaining experience. The game isn’t very expensive; the only drawback is that it doesn’t come with a free trial.

Are there any alternatives?

Five Night at Freddy’s 2 does have a few alternatives, including the one that came before it. Therefore, if you want to explore others, you should check out Five Nights at Freddy’s, Ultimate Custom Night, and Paper Dolls 2.

Should I download Five Night at Freddy’s 2?

If you’re looking for a horror game that is scarier than the original, you should download FNaF 2. Not only was the original spine-tingling, but the sequel also adds new threats, adds more complications to your job, and creates an atmosphere so tense you’ll jump out of your seat more often than you’d like. From the beginning to the end, you’ll stay on your toes, while the soundtrack and animatronics continue to terrify you.

PROS
